How Relationship Therapy Works

Relationship Therapy consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and motivate you with ideas, I play an active role.

First, I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me.


Through hearing your story, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges are.


Our initial focus will be on addressing immediate concerns, such as managing difficult emotions and navigating relationship challenges.


Additionally, we will explore your communication patterns within relationships, examining what is working, what isn't, and most importantly, why you are communicating the way you are.


From there, we will work together to uncover the root causes of your challenges and begin identifying practical solutions. This may involve improving communication skills, establishing healthy boundaries, or continuing your journey of healing and self-discovery.


Throughout our sessions, you can expect to see tangible progress as you move towards creating the life you envision for yourself.
